A Memorable Condo in Capitol Hill

This unit was purchased right after the entire building underwent a remodel and every surface was white. Channeling the tones of vintage glass, we brought in color immediately—along with new lighting and a few memorable finishes to make the space feel bespoke. Small spaces were a challenge and we created custom solutions like living room built-ins and a guest room murphy bed to add livability.
