Construction Project Manager
The Project Manager works under the direct supervision of the Lead Project Manager to facilitate the daily operations of interior design and construction projects. This role focuses on managing the field team, scheduling, site-level reporting, and material logistics to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
PROJECT EXECUTION & FIELD MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate and manage the L&L Field Team and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct frequent site visits to monitor compliance with plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and safety protocols.
- Supervise projects from inception through completion to ensure product quality and problem-solve as issues arise.
- Create and maintain daily site logs and upload photo documentation to the company’s construction software.
- Secure necessary trade, building, and dumpster permits as assigned.
- Oversee project close-out including preparation of punch lists, securing sign-offs, and final inspections.
SCHEDULING & PLANNING
- Create and maintain project schedules and three-week forecasts to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Proactively manage and communicate deviations from the schedule to the internal team and subcontractors.
- Develop contingency plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
MATERIALS & VENDOR COORDINATION
- Complete project take-offs and ensure all construction and FFE materials are ordered and delivered to the job site on time.
- Manage the field team's on-hand materials inventory to prevent project delays.
- Find and vet new vendors and subcontractors.
- Furnish updated hard copies of applicable construction documents to field personnel and subcontractors.
COMMUNICATION & PROFESSIONALISM
- Establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships among co-workers, partners, clients, and contractors.
- Participate in weekly project meetings and keep the Lead Project Manager informed of project status and issues.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 3–5 years of work experience in residential construction or a highly related field.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise and see jobs through to the end.
- Proficiency in Apple and Google products is required.
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and confidence when dealing with a wide range of individuals.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Construction Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager is the operational backbone of the project delivery team. Working directly alongside the Lead and Project Managers, this role keeps construction timelines moving, procurement on track, and subcontractors accountable - ensuring every Lisa & Leroy project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the standard our clients expect.
Responsibilities:
PROJECT TRACKING & REPORTING
- Generate and distribute daily reports on critical path FF&E ship dates to ensure on-time delivery and flag potential delays before they become problems
- Compile carpenter daily reports and track project schedules for Lead PM review
- Monitor key project milestones and communicate progress as directed
PROCUREMENT FOLLOW-UP
- Track all construction-specific procurement items - including tile, cabinetry, and related materials - maintaining a current estimated ship date spreadsheet
- Conduct regular follow-up with suppliers and internal teams to verify and confirm dates
SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE
- Maintain and regularly update the master subcontractor list and contact database
- Vet new subcontractors against established company criteria including experience, reputation, and bid capacity
- Manage a comprehensive log of all subcontractor insurance policies, tracking expiration dates and contractual compliance including Worker's Comp
- Ensure all required documents - W-9s, Master Sub Agreements, and similar - are on file before work begins
ESTIMATING & BID SUPPORT
- Manage the bid invitation process by distributing plans and specifications to subcontractors in coordination with the Lead PM
- Follow up consistently on outstanding bids to ensure timely receipt of proposals
- Organize and maintain a standardized estimate folder with all received bids and backup documentation for PM review
ADMINISTRATIVE & SCHEDULING SUPPORT
- Manage the Lead PM's calendar including meetings, site visits, and calls
- Create and distribute pull lists for the project management team
- Organize and maintain digital and physical project files including plans, specifications, submittals, and RFIs
- Provide general administrative support to the PM as needed for project execution
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- A minimum of 3 years of education in a related field OR a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot when issues arise and see jobs through to the end
- Proficient computer skills; A knowledge of Apple & Google products is required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communicator, confident in dealing with a wide range of individuals
- Comfortable with ever-changing needs and ambiguity
- Ability to lift up to 45lb

Social Media Coordinator
The Social Media Coordinator owns the digital presence of Lisa & Leroy and its associated brands - L&L, Love Leroy, and Manor - across all social platforms. This role is content-first and requires a strong visual eye, deep platform fluency, and an appreciation for luxury interiors and lifestyle. The ideal candidate is self-directed, visually sophisticated, and able to translate the firm's aesthetic into compelling, scroll-stopping content. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
CONTENT CREATION + STRATEGY
- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn on a consistent schedule.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with active projects, seasonal moments, and brand campaigns.
- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video including Reels, TikToks, and Stories from capture through publish.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at project installations, studio moments, and events.
- Write compelling, on-brand captions and copy across all channels.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT + ENGAGEMENT
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
- Actively engage with relevant accounts, industry partners, press, and potential clients to build community.
- Identify and flag PR and partnership opportunities surfaced through social channels.
ANALYTICS + REPORTING
- Track and report on key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and saves on a regular cadence.
- Provide monthly performance summaries to leadership with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
BRAND + CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
- Support the execution of email and newsletter campaigns as they relate to social content and cross-promotion.
- Assist in planning and capturing content for exclusive events, showhouse participation, trade events, and brand moments such as Kips Bay and High Point Market.
- Maintain and update the company website with current project imagery, press features, and relevant brand content.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise with leadership to align social strategy with broader business goals.
- Remain adaptable to additional tasks as assigned by the leadership team.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Deep fluency across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn including Reels, Stories, and short-form video.
- Strong visual sensibility with an eye for luxury aesthetics and high-end brand presentation.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or comparable tools for photo and video editing.
- Ability to shoot and edit content independently without a full production team.
- Strong copywriting skills - captions and messaging that feel human, not corporate.
- Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Pinterest Analytics, and scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage a content calendar with minimal oversight.
Other Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on social media management experience; luxury interior design, architecture, fashion, or lifestyle preferred.
- Portfolio of managed accounts or content samples required - links will be requested during the interview process.

INVENTORY + PROCUREMENT MANAGER
The Procurement & Inventory Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end order process and vendor relationships. They also oversee the warehouse operations, logistics and inventory management. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Procurement
- Manage the end-to-end order process for materials and inventory, incl. purchase orders, payment, follow-up, and delivery schedules
- Maintain the order and installation calendars and inbox
- Organize for warranty calls, returns, and damaged items with vendors
- Conduct cost analysis and report discrepancies to leadership
- In coordination with the bookkeeper, categorize income for all design income purchases
- Working with the design team and project management team, coordinating dates for final installations
- Coordinate the delivery of end-of-job gifts for clients
VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS
- Develop and manage vendor partnerships & set up new accounts as needed
- Manage the L&L vendor files in all L&L software platforms
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Manage and maintain L&L inventory, ensuring accuracy through annual counts and regular audits.
- Implement inventory best practices and develop risk management protocols to minimize loss.
- Oversee e-commerce inventory management and fulfillment workflows, identifying opportunities to improve processes and client experiences.
OPERATIONS
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Lead, train, and manage the warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability and precision.
- Streamline warehouse workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facility upkeep.
- Oversee the upkeep and routine maintenance of all company vehicles, ensuring they remain in safe, reliable condition.
- Receive and log all incoming deliveries from UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, and L&L inventory; reconcile orders in tracking software and manage returns, samples, or damaged items; as needed.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise with leadership to strategically align operational goals with the company’s overall vision.
- Assist in high-priority project installations as needed, ensuring exceptional preparation and attention to detail.
- Remain adaptable to additional tasks or challenges as assigned by the leadership team.
