Once your application is approved, you can begin the ordering process by sending a list of the items you're looking to source, complete with vendor, item number, and any necessary specifications to trade@lisaandleroy.com. We will answer your request within 24 hours. If you choose to place an order, you will either send a purchase order or send all information including shipping address and delivery phone number in an email and we will respond with a Proposal for payment. Once payment is made, we immediately place the order.

You can always reach out to our To The Trade team for product recommendations, quick turnaround pricing requests, finish samples, or to answer any vendor related questions.

We handle every step of the purchasing process, including any communication with the vendor. If there are any issues with your item, you will contact us and we will take it from there.
